- One Click Touch is a Listing platform to connect the approved Brands with the potential Shoppers. One Click Touch does not sell or take any Commission on such sale that may occur.
- Brands have to sign up with their basic information and pictures. Admin team will screen the above for the approval which will communicated on email. Further the Brand can pay listing fees, finish complete profile and add products.
- The approved Brand will not upload any images not belonging to the category applied for. Brand can upload best pictures with minimum 300*300 resolution. Do not upload screenshots or lower resolution pictures.
- Once you are listed as a Brand of One Click Touch you can upload/delete pictures, videos, upload cover picture, your LOGO all at the click of a button making it one of its kind interactive website.
- Kindly upload only pictures of products which are and can be immediately shipped or couriered.
- For Product customization Brand can inform the shopper about the time frame required.
- Inquiries from interested Shopper shall come on WhatsApp and Email to registered Brand. The Brand can carry on further negotiation from thereon. Once the deal is confirmed do send an official confirmation to Shopper on email with prices and product picture with Delivery time frame and return policy to avoid any conflicts or misunderstanding.
- Strictly do not upload pictures of Products which are readily available in the market or outsourced from a third party. This is a Specifically a Designer website and please maintain that protocol.
- The approved Brand hereby indemnifies One Click Touch platform for any claims arising out of mistake or mischief as regards goods uploaded or sold by them.
- One Click Touch platform reserves the right to hide / disable any Brand profile whether paid for or not without assigning any prior reasons for the same.
- One Click Touch reserves the right to take down any one or more product or service uploads of the approved brand at its sole discretion without assigning any reasons for the same.
- The potential Shopper may buy goods from the approved Brands on One Click Touch platform after doing their due diligence. Such a Shopper will not hold One Click Touch responsible for goods, payment, service or quality of the products, after sales service or any other matter relating to the sale.
- The Shopper allows express written permission to One Click Touch platform to share their contact details like Phone numbers and email with the approved Brands. When a potential buyer likes a particular good or service on One Click Touch platform, the buyer may express interest to buy such good or service. In such a case a communication will be generated from the potential shopper’s WhatsApp, SMS or email or any other communication method as may be available from time to time to the approved Brand’s communication details like WhatsApp,SMS email etc. Any further negotiation regarding sale, goods, pricing, payment, delivery, returns, defects etc. will have to be dealt with by the potential Shopper with the approved Brand at their own risk and due diligence.
- The approved Brands will have to pay periodic listing fees to showcase their products on the platform as decided by One Click Touch admin from time to time. Such fees are to be paid in advance before the showcase period starts. The approved Brands will have to pay the renewal listing fees before the current paid period ends to keep showing their products on the platform. One Click Touch platform may send reminders to the approved brands for the due payments.
- Brands and Shoppers hereby declare that they are above 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a contract.
- Since the contact details of Shoppers and Approved Brands are shared with each other, both hereby agree not to conduct themselves in any illegal or unlawful manner with each other. The shopper and the Approved Brand both agree to indemnify One Click Touch against any misconduct by them whether within or outside the One Click Touch platform.
- In case One Click Touch platform disables an approved Brand’s profile for any reason whatsoever, such brands hereby expressly agree to only a monetary compensation of the proportionate remaining amount relating to the proportionate balance paid period. E.g.: If the approved brand has paid for 3 months in advance and their profile is disabled when one month is remaining, then the approved brand agrees to be satisfied in toto with the one-month worth of amount without any interest or penalty or any other form of punitive damages.
- Since One Click Touch does not sell any goods or service, the shopper hereby agrees not to proceed against the platform for any reason whatsoever and also agrees not to ask for any pecuniary damages of any nature whatsoever. The shopper agrees to do their own due diligence before purchase of any goods or services from the approved brands that they may have come across on the platform.
- The Brand and the shopper agree that the disputes of any nature will be handled within the jurisdiction of Mumbai City by appointing a sole arbitration as per the prevailing laws from time to time.
- One Click Touch platform is a technology platform. It may undergo upgrades, bug fixes and overall stability and reliability changes from time to time. One Click Touch cannot guarantee 100% uptime of service due the reasons stated above.
