If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase , you can always send it back.

RETURNS PROCESS:

• You can request a return for the product within 2 days after it has been delivered to you. After which this service will be disabled.
• Your return request will be approved/rejected within 48 hours.
• You will be notified of the pick date and time through Order status.
• You can then track return request from your end itself.
• Once the product is picked up , it will be brought back to the Supplier for validation.
• The entire process including refunds(if any) will take 7 working days.

REFUND POLICY.

• Returns for products below 200INR Product price are not accepted
• All items must be in perfect condition and return as delivered. Inner wear won't be accepted as a return once delivered.
• Once the product is picked up , it will be brought back to the Supplier fir validation. Your refund will be credited back to your Bank Account once the product has been received back at the Supplier.

RECEIVE FULL REFUND TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IN 7 WORKING DAYS

• Item or part is damaged.
• Item missing.
• Received a different item.
• Item didn't match product description.
• Misrepresentation from “ONE CLICK TOUCH”
• You may return your item for this reason only
• Expected a different brand/color/size/fit.
• Item quality issues.

NO REFUND.

• Your product will not be eligible for return if it belongs to any of these categories- jewelry, Phone covers , make up(Beauty Products),watches or lingerie.
